Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mia Mari, we take pride in our quality. If you are not completely satisfied, the following applies:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability
Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item is faulty
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Faulty Items
If an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
